On May 19, 2005, Hi-Tech Engineering and Yeosu University signed an
industry-academic cooperation for mutual exchange and cooperation
in the industry-academic cooperation-oriented university development project,
and the two agreed to cooperate with each other in the following areas.

  - Technical advice and technical guidance including technical training
  - Cooperation in field training and support for technical advice, etc
  - Transfer of key technologies (separate technology transfer contract)
  - Exchange of key research personnel
  - Training and employment support for industries
  - Corporate innovation and other necessary matters

This industry-academic cooperation agreement will be effective for the
next five years from today, and on behalf of both, Yeosu University President
and Hi-Tech Engineering signed and sealed the agreement.
