On June 22, 2005, there was a groundbreaking ceremony for the public pipe rack construction
for the transport of raw materials/products of the newly installed
petrochemical pier at the Yeosu National Industrial Complex.
The public pipeline project implemented by the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation
has been completed by the company, and Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd.
has been selected as a contractor and will be completed by the end of this year.
When this project is completed, it is expected to greatly contribute to smooth supply and
demand of raw materials, such as reducing logistics costs at related petrochemical plants.
